HPLC法测定撒痛风注射液中三组分的含量

摘　　要：采用ＨＰＬＣ法测定撒痛风注射液中咖啡因、安替比林和水杨酸钠的含量。色谱条件为：ＫｒｏｍａｓｉｌＣ１８色谱柱，流动相为２０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾－甲醇－冰醋酸（５５２５０．４），流速１ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长为２４２ｎｍ，线性范围：咖啡因１４．０～１４０．０μｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９８；安替比林２７．０～２７０．０μｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９８；水杨酸钠０．１～１．０ｍｇ／ｍｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９９。加样回收分别为：咖啡因１００．８％；安替比林１００．６％；水杨酸钠９９．１％，ＲＳＤ均小于０．５％。The contents of caffeine, antipyrine and sodium salicylate in Satongfeng Injection were measured by HPLC. The measurement condition used are as follows: Kromasil C 18 column; mobile phase: 20 mmol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate methanol glacial acetic acid (55∶25∶0.4); flow rate 1 ml/min; wavelength for measurement 242 nm. The linear ranges were 14.0￣140 μg/ml( r = 0.9998 ) for caffeine; 27.0￣270.0 μg/ml ( r = 0.9998 )for antipyrine; 0.1￣1.0 mg/ml ( r =0.9999) for sodium salicylate. The recovery rates for caffeine, antipyrine and sodium salicylate in Satongfeng Injection sample were 100.9%, 100.6% and 99.1% respectively and the RSD of them were all not more than 0.5%.
