摘 要:随着目前嵌体材料和加工制作技术的发展以及牙体缺损修复理念的改变,嵌体已重新成为牙体缺损保存修复的首选之一。有限元法是借助计算机进行的力学数值计算方法,它可迅速有效地建立牙体修复模型,并模拟牙体的受力情况对牙体各个部位进行应力分析,为临床治疗提供了依据。其计算结果与实际结果有较好的一致性,已被广泛运用到口腔医学领域中,对口腔生物力学的发展起了巨大的推动作用。本文就有限元法在嵌体修复中的应用现状和研究进展作一综述。With the current development of inlay materials,processing technologies and the change in tooth defect restoration concepts,inlay has become one of the most preferred selections for tooth defect conservation and restoration. Finite element method is a computer-assisted mechanical numerical computation method. It can quickly and efficiently build dental restorative model,simulate the force applied to the tooth and analyze the corresponding stresses. By this means,it provides the reference for clinical application. Its computation result generally consistent with the actuality,so that it has been widely applied in stomatology field and has made great contributions to the development of dental biomechanics. This paper presents an overview of the application situation and research development of finite element method in inlay restoration.
