制造型企业创新系统的风险及其形成机理研究

摘　　要：分析了企业创新系统的基本构成要素及其相互间的复杂动态关系,阐述了技术创新风险、组织创新风险、管理创新风险、制度创新风险、产品创新风险、市场创新风险、服务创新风险这7个子系统之间的相互关系,采用定性的系统分析方法来分析这些子系统风险产生的正负激励要素,重点分析了创新系统风险涌现的产生及其形成机理,为进一步制定风险防控策略奠定基础。This paper analyzes the components of the innovation system and their relationships and describes the relationship between the technology innovation risk,organization innovation risk,management innovation risk,institution innovation risk,product innovation risk,market innovation risk and service innovation risk,and adopts the qualitative system analyzing method to analyze these risk mechanism,which illuminates the positive and negative risk factors and prepares for the future research of the risk eliminate and control strategy.
