血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅲa、Ⅰbα基因多态性与溃疡性结肠炎高凝状态的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白(GP)Ⅲa、Ⅰbα基因多态性与溃疡性结肠炎(UC)高凝状态的关系。方法应用聚合酶链式反应—限制性片段长度多态性技术检测183例UC患者及126例正常人的GPⅢa及GPⅠbα的145苏氨酸/甲硫氨酸基因多态性。结果所有患者和正常人GPⅢa均为P1A1/A1基因型,P1A2基因型未检出;GPⅠbα的TT、TM基因型频率分别为85.2%、14.8%,85.7%、14.3%,两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),未发现MM基因型。结论 GPⅢa及GPⅠbα的基因多态性与UC的高凝状态无关。Objective To study the relationship between the gene polymorphisms of platelet glycoprotein（GP） Ⅲa and Ⅰbα with hypercoagulability of ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods The gene polymorphisms of P1A of GPⅢa and 145Thr/Met of GPⅠbα were determined by the methed of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）in 183 UC patients and 126 normal subjects.Results The genotype of P1A1/A1 was in all UC subjects and normal subjects,and there was no the genotype of P1A2.The prevalence of genotype（TT/TM） of GPⅠbα in UC group were 85.2%,14.8% and 85.7%,14.3% in control group.There was no significant difference between UC group and control group（P0.05）.The genotype of MM was not detected.Conclusions The gene polymorphisms of platelet glycoprotein Ⅲa and Ⅰbα could not associate with hypercoagulability of UC.
