以医学院校为依托的社区健康教育新模式的构建

摘　　要：目的探讨以医学院校为依托的社区健康教育模式。方法建立以医学院校师生为依托的社区健康教育队伍,构建长效社区健康教育指导网络,并以一社区卫生服务中心为试点开展社区健康教育。通过问卷、座谈、深入访谈等形式在社区人群、社区医护人员、医学院校师生中开展对该模式的初步评价。结果经过该依托医学院校师生为核心构建的社区健康教育指导网络干预后,社区人群的疾病管理率提高,社区患者就诊率增加。社区居民的健康知识、自我管理技能和生活质量有明显改善,控制指标达标率增加,医疗费用更趋合理。结论以医学院校为依托的社区健康教育模式的构建与实施促进了优质医疗、教学资源的合理配置和利用,带来了良好的社会和经济效益,具有可推广价值。Objective To investigate the establishment of a novel model of health education system in community based on medical college and university.Methods A health education team relying on teachers and students in medical college and university was established and a long-term guiding network of health education in community was built.A preliminary evaluation of this system was carried out through questionnaires,discussions,in-depth interviews and other forms of investigation among the community population,medical staff,and teachers and students in medical college and university.Results Community attendance rate and disease management rate were increased.Community residents′ health knowledge,self-management skills and quality of life were significantly improved.Control target compliance rate increased and medical costs became more reasonable.Conclusion The establishment and practice of model of health education system in community based on medical college and university promote the excellent medical service,reasonable distribution and utilization of teaching resource.It brings on good social and economic benefits,being worth popularizing.
