摘　　要：食盐专营在我国运行十几年来,为消除碘缺乏病做出了杰出的贡献。但随着经济的发展和社会的进步,这一体制已不能满足现代经济建设的需要。盐业体制改革势在必行。如何应对体制改革,本文从人员安置、新产品开发、节能降耗、物流运输、企业改制等方面谈一点浅尝辄止的看法。Salt monopoly system has been exercised for several decades in China,which has made great contributions in eliminating iodine deficiency disorder.However,with the economic development and social progress,this system can not meet the need of modern economy.Salt system reform must be carried out.On how to deal with salt system reform,this paper proposes some opinions on personal reallocation,new product development,energy saving and consumption reduction,logistics and transport,and enterprise restructure etc.
