摘 要:目的探讨白血病患者的p53基因异常的情况及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析50例复杂核型异常及25例非复杂核型异常的白血病患者的p53基因异常的情况。使用间期荧光原位杂交技术(I-FISH)检测p53基因缺失情况。结果 50例复杂核型异常的白血病患者p53基因的缺失频率为48.00%(24/50),25例非复杂核型异常的缺失频率为4.00%(1/25),两者之间有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论 I-FISH可以快速、准确、灵敏的检测出p53基因的缺失,伴复杂核型的白血病患者p53基因缺失频率较高。Objective To study the situation of p53 deletion in patients with leukemia and its clinical significance.Methods The data of p53 deletion in 50 cases of leukemia with CCA and 25 cases without CCA examined by interphase fluorescence in situ hybridisation(I-FISH)were retrospectively analyzed.Results The frequency of p53 deletion in 50 patients with CCA(48.00%)was higher than that of 25 cases without CCA(4.00%).There was statistical significance between these two groups(P0.01).Conclusion I-FISH is a rapid,accurate and sensitive technique for detection of p53 deletion.The frequency of p53 deletion is much higher in leukemic patients with CCA.
