摘　　要：提出一种基于边缘方向直方图的印鉴鉴别方法。经过Canny边缘检测算子提取待检的纯印鉴图像的边缘像素点,计算边缘像素点的法向量方向角并量化为边缘方向直方图,采用循环移位最小值计算直方图的相关性进行印鉴图像匹配。实验结果证明,该算法具有旋转不变性和尺度不变性等优点,并具有一定的鉴别能力。A new seal identification method with the edge direction histogram is proposed. The method firstly extracts the edge feature points of the seal image through the edge detection operator named Canny. Then it extracts the direction of the edge feature points according to their normal vectors and quantifies into a histogram. Finally, according to the cyclic shift minimum between the histograms of two seal images, calculate the correlation and match the seal image. The result of the experiment shows that, the method has a certain effect of identification with some advantages of rotation invariance and scale invariance, etc.
