摘　　要：徐特立是我国杰出的革命教育家。他终身从事教育事业，破陈规、革陋习，探索、研究、实践，为新中国教育事业的发展作出了不朽的贡献。徐特立关于创造型人才培养的理念和方法，独树一帜，深受教育界称颂，对于推动和促进今天的教育教学改革，有着积极的现实意义。XU Te-li is an outstanding revolutionary educator in China. He took education as his life career, breaking stereotypes, getting rid of bad habits, exploring, doing research, practicing and making a monumental contribution to the education development of new China. XU Te-li＇ ideas and methods n training creative personnel are unique and then praised by educators, which is of positive practical significance to promote and facilitate the reforms of today＇s education.
