摘　　要：高水平实验室建设对于高专院校培养技能应用型人才的作用十分重要，而目前高专实验室建设中出现的问题有：认识上存在偏差；实验室管理体制、机构不健全；实验人员得不到重视。加强高专院校实验室建设应从以下几个方面着手：转变办学观念；服务专业建设；加大设备投入；重视实验技术队伍的培养，等。Construction of High level Laboratories （lab） is of great importance for colleges to train high level applicable talents, and the present problems in labs in colleges are： awareness bias; laboratory management system, imperfect institutions, little attention given to lab personnel, and so on.. To strengthen the construction of labs, something should be done i,, the following aspects ： changing school concept; serving professional development; increasing equipment investment; more attention given to the cultivation of experiment technical team, and so on.
