摘　　要：近年来,高职、高专毕业生就业难度日益加大,其就业经费成本、时间成本、情感道德成本不断上升。同时,不同学校、不同专业、不同性别的就业形势、就业成本存在明显差异。降低高职、高专毕业生就业成本,需要从高职、高专院校、毕业生自身、社会就业环境等方面综合入手。In recent years,the employment difficulty of vocational and technical college students is increased,which is the same to the employment cost,time cost and emotional morality cost. Meanwhile,the employment conditions and costs are different according to the colleges,majors and sexuality. Reducing the employment costs of vocational and technical college students should start with the college and students themselves and social environment.
