肾上腺、泌尿男生殖系统恶性淋巴瘤的诊断和处理（附4例报告）

摘　　要：目的 提高肾上腺、泌尿男生殖系恶性淋巴瘤的诊治水平.方法 报告收治的4例患者的临床资料,4例的临床表现和影像学检查均无特异性.2例经手术探查明确诊断,2例在B超导引下行穿刺活检后明确诊断.3例常规行化疗.结果 例1术后随访11月至今,目前仍存活.例2目前已存活4年例3现已存活2年.例4诊断后20天,死于脑转移、肺部感染、感染性休克、呼吸循环衰竭.结论 临床表现和影像学检查缺乏特异性,手术探查、CT或超声导引下的穿刺活检是明确诊断的好方法,治疗要根据病理组织类型和分期的个体化治疗.Objectives To elevate the level of diagnosis and treatment of Adrenal gland, uropoiesis male reproductive system with malignant lymphomas. Methods The clinical data of 4 patients in our department was reviewed, There were no special features either in clinical manifestations or in conventional imaging studies. The final pathologic diagnosis was achieved by surgical exploration（2 cases） and biopsy directed by B-ultrasonic （2 cases）.3 cases underwent a combined polychemotherapy. Results One patient post - operation were followed up in November so far, is still alive and 2 case s respective survival 4 years and 2 years ;the others died 20 days after diagnosis,due to brain metastases、bellows infection、septic shock.Conclusions Clinical manifestations and conventional imaging studies demonstrated nospecial characteristics compared with benign tumor. We suggest that it＇s a good idea to biopsy directed by CT or sonography and operations research.Treatment according to pathological types and stages of individual treatment.
