摘　　要：位于河南、湖北、陕西三省交界处的豫鄂陕根据地,是全面内战爆发后,撤至豫陕边的中原军区部队开辟建立的。在中央正确的战略部署下,根据地部队以顽强的斗志和内外线相配合的战略战术,不仅有效地牵制了国民党军队对陕北、华北诸解放区的大举进攻,而且彻底粉碎了国民党军队对根据地的第二次"清剿"计划,胜利地完成了中共中央赋予的战略任务并顺利实施转移,在中共中央粉碎国民党军队全面进攻的整体布局中发挥了重要作用。The Henan-Hubei-Shanxi Base situated in the border of the above three princes was set up by the troops of Central Plains Military Area after the civil war all over broke. Under the correct strategic plan of the Party center, with the tenacious fighting spirit and the strategic and inside-outside matching tactics, the troops of the base not only effectively checked the massive attack to the various liberated areas such as the north part of Shanxi and Hebei province by the KMT troops,but also thoroughly broke the second ＂Suppression＂ plan of KMT troops, victori- ously completed the strategic mission, smoothly carried out the movement and played important part in the whole plan according to the strategic mission for breaking the overall attack of KMT troops given by the Central Party Committee.
