环氧化酶-2在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:检测环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法:利用半定量RT-PCR法检测52例子宫内膜癌组织及23例正常子宫内膜组织中COX-2的表达。结果:(1)COX-2在正常子宫内膜组织中均不表达,在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达阳性率为65.4%。(2)COX-2表达量与肿瘤的分化程度有关,分化程度越低,表达量越高,高分化子宫内膜癌与低分化子宫内膜癌间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达高于正常组织,且与肿瘤的分化程度有关,提示COX-2与子宫内膜癌的形成有关,且可作为判断分化程度的指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of Cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） in endometrial carcinoma.Method：Expression of COX-2 was assayed by semiquantitive RT-PCR in 52 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 23 cases of normal endometrial tissues.Result：（1）The positive rate and expression quantity of COX-2 in cancer tissues were higher than in normal tissues.（2）The expression quantity of COX-2 was correlated with the histological grade,and the expression quantity of COX-2 was lower in well-differentiated endometrial carcinoma than in poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion：COX-2 may function importantly in tumor pro-duction and may be a good index to assess the differentiation degree and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
