摘　　要：颧骨复合体因其特殊的解剖结构、生理功能在受到创伤时,患者常产生严重的面部畸形和功能障碍。在探索颧骨复合体骨折的有效治疗中,重点在于恢复患者原有面型及功能,减轻术后畸形,术中精确复位,从而使骨折断端达到解剖复位,减少并发症。目前计算机三维重建及内镜等技术已取得很大进展。现从颧骨复合体骨折特点、复位难点等方面进行综述,介绍近几年来颧骨复合体骨折治疗的进展。Because of zygomatic complex＇s anatomical structure and physiological function,when the pa- tients suffer a serious blow,it will causes severe facial deformity and dysfunction. To explore effective treatment of zygomatic complex fractures,the focus is that restoring the original face and function of patients,reducing postoperative deformity,intraoperative precision reset,so that ends fractures can reach anatomic reduction and reduce complications. At present three-dimensional computer reconstruction and endoscopic technology have made great progres. This review introduces the characteristics from the zygomatic complex and difficult treatment and progress in the treatment of zygomatic complex in recent years.
