摘　　要：目的:旨在提高滑膜骨软骨瘤病的临床X线诊断。方法:采用SIEMENS 500MA X光机,FCR-5000R进行图像调节。结果:36例中男34例,女2例。共累计关节40个,其中膝节32例,肘、髋关节各2例,肩、小指关节各1例,小指间关节为国内罕见1例,主要X线表现为关节内游离体和游离体引起的继发改变。结论:本病好发于青壮年,多见于体力劳动较多的成年人,创伤是重要因素,诊断以滑膜的病理组织学及关节内游离体为依据。Objective： To improve the clinical X-ray diagnosis of synovial osteochondromatosis.Method：Using SIEMENS 500MASX,FCR-5000R for imaging adjustment.Result：In 36 cases,male：34 cases,female：2 cases.Accumulative total number of articulations was 40,which included 31 cases of knee joint,2 cases of elbow joint,2 cases of hip joint,1 case of shoulder joint,1 case of little,finger.The case of little finger was a rare in China.The X-ray appearance was the secondary change which arises by loose bodies in the articulation.Conclusion：This disease is likely to flare up in youth,especially in adults who do more physical labour.The wound is the key element.The diagnosis is based on histopathology of synovial membrane and loose body in articulation.
