摘  要:现有文献在研究组织冗余对企业技术创新绩效的影响时,大多采用了横向研究设计,很少采用纵向研究设计,同时,相关研究结论并不一致。提出了一个组织冗余与企业技术创新绩效的两阶段非线性关系模型,并以中国500家制造业上市公司从1999年到2006年的数据为样本,对该模型进行了实证分析。结果表明,组织冗余在第一阶段对企业技术创新绩效有负向影响,在第二阶段对企业技术创新绩效有正向影响。There are mainly some horizontal studies and few longitudinal studies when the existing literature does research on the relationship between the organizational slack and technological innovation performance,and some research results are inconsistent.This paper proposes a two-stage non-linear relationship model and deals with the empirical analysis through the samples of the 533 listed manufacturing corporations' data from 1999 to 2006.The results showed that the organizational slack has a negative influence on the corporations' technological innovation performance in the first phases,have a positive influence in the second phases.The implication of the paper is that it can complement and enrich the theories about the relationship between the organizational slack and technological innovation,and can provide a practical guidance for managers of the manufacturing enterprises in China about how to manage organizational slack in order to improve the enterprises' technological innovation.
