摘　　要：以国内外知识管理能力与企业绩效关系的研究理论为基础,基于251家中国企业的问卷调查,利用结构方程方法,实证分析了知识管理能力、管理决策与企业绩效的关系。研究结果证实,企业的知识管理能力对管理决策有积极影响,管理决策对企业绩效有积极影响,管理决策在知识管理能力与企业绩效的关系中起中介作用。Based on the papers which studied the relationship of knowledge management capability and business performance,empirical analysis of the relationship of knowledge management capability,managerial decision-making and firm performance were made using the survey of 251 Chinese companies.The results suggest that the knowledge management capability has a positive impact on managerial decision-making,managerial decision-making has a positive impact on business performance and managerial decision-making plays the mediated role between knowledge management capability and business performance.
