摘　　要：分析了新兴产业形成阶段产业生态系统中企业能力构建的趋势,并据此对企业能力构建的特点及其影响进行了分析。在此基础上,对赶超国家的企业在新兴产业形成阶段的能力构建问题进行了讨论。The trend of enterprises＇ capability-building in the industrial ecosystem in the formative stage of emerging industries is analyzed in this paper,and then the characteristics and influences of the enterprises＇ capability-building are also analyzed.Based on our analysis,some remarks on the capability-building in the formative stage of catchingup countries＇ enterprises are also made.
