摘　　要：本文着重就经济欠发达地区（ 以江西省为例） 大学生职业选择呈现多元化这一现状出发，剖析他们职业选择多元化的多方面的原因，并提出了针对这些多元化的表现形式，所应采取的对策。This essay proceeds emphatically from the presentsituation thatthe Job hunting ofthe college studonts in economicallysubdeveloped areas ( Jiang Xi ,for instance)is diversified ,and gives a very penetrating analysis ofthe causesforthe diversity in manyways ,and puts forward the countermeasures in accordance with the menifestation ofthe diversity ,so asto guide those college studentsto set up a proper Job hunting concept .
