摘  要:产品平台创新和升级是实施大批量定制过程中保有和提升产品自主创新能力的瓶颈问题之一,对相关知识的组织、管理和应用在这一过程中起到不可替代的作用。首先分析了产品平台创新层次及其特点,给出了产品平台创新过程。分析了产品平台创新过程中的知识需求,并归纳了其知识分类体系。最后结合驱动桥领域,从本体类定义、属性定义和实例构建3个方面构建了知识本体模型。研究结果表明,该方法有效地支持了驱动桥产品平台创新知识分类管理,保障了创新过程。Product platform innovation-upgrading is one of the bottlenecks of maintaining and enhancing independent innovation ability in the process of implementing mass customization,related knowledge organization-management-application in the process played an irreplaceable role.Firstly,the innovation hierarchy of product platform and its characteristic were analyzed and the innovation processes of product platform were put forward.Then the knowledge requirements in the innovation processes of product platform and its knowledge classification architecture were proposed.Finally,combined with the ontology class definition,ontology attribute definition and ontology instance structure,the application of knowledge model in diver axis platform innovation was given.The results indicate that effectiveness of this method is validated by supporting knowledge classification management of diver axis platform and ensuring its innovation process.
