摘  要:针对烧结机布料闸门寿命周期短的问题,设计了烧结机布料闸门开度控制的电液比例驱动系统,介绍了该电液比例系统的工作原理及其特点。在布料闸门的开度控制中,利用电液比例驱动系统替代原步进电机驱动系统,将油缸活塞杆的输出位移信号反馈给闸门开度控制器,实现了对布料闸门开度的精确控制。研究结果将为烧结机布料闸门的开度控制提供指导。In order to solve the problem of life loss of the distribution gate,the electro-hydraulic proportional control system of a distribution gate for a sintering machine was designed.The working principle and the characteristics of the electro-hydraulic proportional system were presented.In the opening control of the distribution gate,the driving system of the stepper motor was replaced by the driving system of the electro-hydraulic proportion.The cylinder-rod displacement was sent to the opening controller,and the sensitive adjustment of the gate opening was realized.The research results are significant to the opening control of the distribution gate.
