摘　　要：目的探讨EB病毒膜潜伏蛋白LMP1和基质金属蛋白酶MMP9在鼻咽癌组织表达的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法对40例鼻咽癌组织进行标记及分析。结果鼻咽癌淋巴结转移组LMP1和MMP9阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组,二者阳性表达呈明显相关。结论 LMP1和MMP9的表达与鼻咽癌的浸润及转移密切相关,LMP1介导MMP9在鼻咽癌细胞扩散和转移起重要作用。Objective To evaluate the significance about the expression of latent membrane protein 1（LMP1）and matrix metalloproteinase 9（MMP9）in the nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods Forty cases of NPC were studied by using monoclonal antibody to LMP1 and MMP9 with immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rates of LMP1 and MMP9 were higer in NPC with cervical lymph node involvement than those without cervical lymph node involvement.The expression of MMP9 showed a significant positive correlation with the expression of LMP1.Conclusion There are significant correlations between LMP1 and MMP9 and the invasion and metastasis of NPC.The results suggest that the induction of LMP1 on MMP9 contributes to the metastatic potential of NPC.
