Resosolv和机用ProTaper再治疗锉处理塑化根管疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Resosolv(酚克除)和机用ProTaper再治疗锉处理塑化治疗后根管的临床疗效。方法 60颗患牙(均为磨牙)192个塑化根管随机分成4组。A组:手用不锈钢K锉去除根管内塑化物。B组:K锉和Resosolv去除根管内塑化物。C组:机用ProTaper去除根管内塑化物。D组:Resosolv和机用ProTaper去除根管内塑化物。分析根管再通成功的患牙数和根管数、操作时间、根管偏移或侧穿、器械折断等情况。结果 D组疏通根管效果最好,成功率达到79.2%,平均操作时间为157.53s。结论机用ProTaper和Resosolv联合去除根管内塑化物成功率高,缩短工作时间,可作为临床上塑化根管再治疗的一种有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Resosolv and ProTaper Universal rotary retreatment system in the retreatment of resinified canals.Methods A total of 192 resinified canals in 60 molars were collected and randomly divided into four groups：Group A removal completed with K file,group B removal was completed using K file with Resosolv as a solvent,group C removal was completed with ProTaper Universal rotary retreatment system,group D removal was completed using ProTaper Universal rotary retreatment system and Resosolv as a solvent.The percentage for removal of resinifying agent,operating time required for removal,canal deviations and perforations,instrument separation were calculated.Results The effectiveness of the Resosolv and ProTaper Universal rotary retreatment system was the best,by which 79.2% of canals could be negotiated.The operation time for negotiating canals of D group was 157.53 s.Conclusion Resosolv and ProTaper Universal rotary retreatment system are effective for negotiating canals obturated with resinifying agent.
