摘  要:为了在马铃薯原原种大规模生产中提高对疮痂病的防治效果,采用药剂组合(敌克松25 g+杀毒矾25 g+多菌灵25g+辛硫磷40g)+硫磺粉5个用量水平(0 g、20 g、40 g、60 g和80 g)和单用硫磺粉5个用量水平(0 g、20 g、40 g、60 g和80 g)的两类组合处理对单位体积连作松针土基质进行了熏蒸消毒试验。结果表明:每1 m3用药剂组合+硫磺粉5个用量水平均比单用硫磺粉对应用量水平的发病率低,硫磺粉水平用量为20-80 g/m3时,随用量增加防效渐好,但用量达80 g/m^3时,结薯个数显著低于其他水平。在10个处理组合中,A1B4和A1B3熏蒸消毒基质病薯率最低,为0.57%;病情指数分别为0.38%和0.41%,防效依次为99.16%和99.09%;A1B3小区结薯数极显著高于A1B4。建议生产上采用A1B3,即(敌克松25 g+杀毒矾25 g+多菌灵25 g+辛硫磷37 g)+60 g硫磺粉对连作基质进行熏蒸消毒。The effect of the substrates(pine needle soil)fumigated by the drug combination of 25g fenaminosulf+25g oxadixyl+40g phoxim +sulfur with 5 different dosages on control of potato scab during original seed production of potato with virus-free.The results showed that the disease rate of potato scab cultured in the substrate fumigated by the drug combination of 25g fenaminosulf+25g oxadixyl+40g phoxim +sulfur with different dosages was lower than that cultured in the substrate fumigated by sulfur with the corresponding dosages,the control rate of potato scab increased with sulfur dosage increase when sulfur dosage was 20~80g/m3 but when sulfur dosage was 80g/m3,the potato number was significantly lower than that of other treatments.The disease potato rate,disease index and control rate of A1B4 and A1B3 treatments were 0.57%,0.38% and 99.16%,and 0.57%,0.41% and 99.09% respectively.The potato number of A1B3treatment was very significantly higher than A1B4.1m3 substrates(pine needle soil)should be fumigated by the drug combination of 25g fenaminosulf+25g oxadixyl+40g phoxim +60g sulfur for controlling potato scab in original seed production of potato with virus-free.
