摘　　要：目的评价KTP激光泪点成形术联合硅胶管留置治疗泪小点膜闭和狭窄的临床疗效。方法对70例(76眼)伴有溢泪症状的泪小点膜闭和狭窄的患者进行泪点扩张及激光泪点成形术后将硅胶管植入泪道,保留1个月后拔管,随访2～3个月。结果术中及术后无明显并发症,术后随访3～4个月,57例(58眼)治愈,8例(10眼)好转,5例(8眼)无效。手术成功率为89.5%。结论 KTP激光泪点成形术后植入硅胶管治疗泪小点膜闭和狭窄是一种安全、有效的方法,具有操作简便、随访便捷、手术成功率高及费用相对低廉的优点。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of KTP laser combined with silicone tube for treatment of punctual stenosis and obliteration of lacrimal punctum.Methods Totally 70 patients（76 eyes）of punctual stenosis and obliteration with epiphora were treated by punctum dilation followed by laser therapy and silicone tube insertion into the lacrimal puncture.The tubes were kept for one month and then removed,and all the cases were followed up for 2-3 months.Results There were no complications during or after operation.The patients were followed up for 3-4 months.Fifty-seven patients（58 eyes）were cured,8 patients（10 eyes）were improved,and 5 patients（8 eyes）failed to have any effects.Conclusion KTP laser combined with silicone tube is a safe,effective treatment for the punctual stenosis and obliteration;it is easy to perform,economical,and with high success rate.（Shanghai Med J,2010,33：761-763）
