摘  要:目的运用肾上腺素进行脑室冲洗,以探讨其对脑室出血时心血管系统的影响。方法测定74例脑室出血患者运用保守、侧脑室引流、肾上腺素脑室冲洗方法后的血压、心率指标和引流脑脊液量。结果保守治疗组高颅内压引起血压升高、心率下降,侧脑室引流后血压下降、心率升高;侧脑室肾上腺素冲洗后出现血压、心率同时下降。结论侧脑室引流可以控制颅内压,逆转其心血管的反应;肾上腺盐水脑室冲洗可引起血压、心率下降,并能减少脑脊液的分泌。Objective To investigate the effect of intraventricular administration of adrenaline on blood pressure(BP)and heart rate with SIVH.Methods 74 patients with SIVH,were treated by conservative management,extracranial-to-intracranial bypass or intraventricular administration of adrenaline.The changes of blood pressure(BP) and heart rate were analyzed.Results Intraventricular administration of adrenaline caused lower blood pressure and lower heart rate,but continuous ventricular drainage with spontaneous intraventricular hemorrhage led to lower blood pressure and faster heart rate.Conclusion Adrenaline can reduced the cerebrospinal fluid to secrete after intraventricular administration,can caused lower blood pressure and lower heart rate.Intracranial hypertension may be controlled by continuous ventricular drainage and conversed its cardiovascular reaction.
