272例妇科肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科肿瘤患者化疗后骨髓抑制的治疗。方法对272例妇科肿瘤化疗患者的外周血象变化、临床表现、并发症、治疗和预后等临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果骨髓抑制的外周血象表现以白细胞下降为主,红细胞和血小板下降少见。三系细胞开始下降时间和低值持续时间各不相同。骨髓抑制临床症状多样性,无特异性。随骨髓抑制的加重,伴随症状种类越多越严重。合理的综合性治疗,预后好。结论骨髓抑制临床症状多样性,无特异性。合理治疗骨髓抑制及伴随症,预后好。Objective To analyze the treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy in gynecologic tumor patients.Methods The clinical data of 272 gynecological tumor patients who received chemotherapy were analyzed retrospectively,including of changes of peripheral blood,clinical manifestations and complications,treatment and prognosis.Results The peripheral blood in cases of myelosuppression was mainly shown to be the remarkable decrease of leucocytes,the decrease in three kinds of cells was infrequent,and the independent decrease of erythrocyte or platelet was rarer.The time of the three kinds of cells started to decline and of the low value sustained was different.The clinical symptoms of myelosuppression were diversity,non-specific.With the increasing of myelosuppression degree,the more types and severity of complications occurred.Reasonable treatment of myelosuppression and complications would have better prognosis.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of myelosuppression were diversity,non-specificity.Reasonable treatment of myelosuppression and complications would have better prognosis.
