人力资本及其构成对中国技术效率影响的实证研究——基于1985～2007年省域面板数据的证据

摘　　要：运用基于对数型柯布—道格拉斯生产函数的随机前沿技术,对我国1985～2007年间平均人力资本存量、人力资本构成与技术效率之间的关系进行了实证研究。结果发现,在人力资本构成中,仅有接受过大学教育的人力资本部分对技术效率增长具有显著促进作用。平均人力资本存量作为一个整体也与技术效率显著正相关。Using the stochastic frontier technology based on thelogarithmically Cobb-Douglas production function,we have an empirical study on the impact of human capital and its composition on technical efficiency in China during 1985-2007.We find that,in the composition of human capital,only the tertiary educated human capital can enhance the growth of technical efficiency.The average stock of human capital as a whole also can enhance the growth of technical efficiency.
