农科学院办公室创新思维培养的思考

摘　　要：农科学院办公室除了具有一般高校办公室的基本特点和职责,它还肩负着为社会主义"三农"事业服务的重要使命。随着高等教育和市场经济的迅猛发展,传统的工作模式难以适应高等农业教育发展和办公现代化进程需要,分析了新形势下创新思维对农科学院办公室工作的重要性,提出了几点培养农科学院办公室创新思维的建议。In addition to the basic features and functions,the office in agricultural university also shouldering the important mission to serves for the socialism ＂three agriculture＂ project.With the rapid development of higher education and market economy,the traditional mode of the office is difficult to adapt to higher agricultural education and modernization needs.In this article,the author attempts to analyze the importance of innovative thinking in the office work under new situation,and puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate innovative thinking for the office in agricultural university.
