摘　　要：二苯甲醇和巯基乙酸缩合得2-(二苯甲硫基)乙酸,经双氧水氧化、氯化亚砜氯代后再经氨解得到中枢兴奋药莫达非尼,总收率约74%。Modafinil,a central stimulant,was synthesized from diphenylmethanol and 2-mercaptoacetic acid by condensation to give 2-（benzhydrylsulfanyl）acetic acid,which was subjected to oxidation with H2O2,chlorination with SOCl2 and then amination with an overall yield of about 74%.
