摘 要:为进一步探索电场强化沸腾换热的机理,利用高速摄像仪拍摄了气泡在不同场强作用下的实验图像,并对气泡脱离壁面时的形态进行了定量分析.实验结果表明,电场作用下气泡沿场强方向伸长,随着场强的升高,气泡的脱离长径比增大,变形量增大.并对气泡界面所受的电应力进行了计算,计算结果显示,气泡变形是由于气泡受到电应力的作用,电应力在赤道方向压缩汽泡,在极轴方向拉伸气泡,使得气泡沿场强方向变细变长.In order to make further study on the electrohydrodynamic enhancement mechanism of boiling heat transfer,the bubbles images in various electric fields were obtained with a high-speed camera,and the bubble dynamic behaviors at departure were quantitatively analyzed.Experimental results show that the bubble elongates along the direction of the electric field.The bubble's aspect ratio and deformation rate increase with the increase of electric field intensity.The electric stress acting on the bubble surface was calculated,which indicates that the bubble deformation results primarily from the effect of electric stress acting on bubble surface.The bubble becomes slender and longer along the direction of the electric field because of that the electric stress compresses the bubble in the equatorial direction and extends the bubble along the axial direction.
