摘 要:应用超微粉碎法将虎杖、石榴皮、马齿苋、苦楝皮、大黄、紫花地丁、黄芩、五倍子、金银花以及黄连10种中药进行加工处理至粒径为5~10μm后,作用于本实验室近年来从福建各地养殖场收集的患病鳗鲡中分离得到的18株常见致病菌,并利用琼脂稀释法测定其抑菌作用.结果表明:上述10种中药单用对除B12以外的17株养殖鳗鲡主要致病菌均有一定的抑制作用,其平均抑菌浓度(MIC)范围为0.165~128 mg/mL,平均杀菌浓度(MBC)范围为0.210~128 mg/mL.药效较好的5种中药对供试17株菌的MIC值均在2 mg/mL以内,MBC值均在3 mg/mL以内.10 Chinese herbs,Polygonum cuspidatum S,Punica granatum L,Portulaca oleracea L,Melia azadarach L,Pheum officinale B,Viola yedoensls M,Scutellaria baicalensis G,Rhus chinensis M,Lonicera japonica T and Coptis chinensis F,were comminuted into 5~10 μm powder with ultra-pulverization and then tested the susceptibility against 18 pathogenic bacteria of eel with agar dilution method.The results showed that all the above 10 traditional Chinese herbs had good inhibition effects on the 17 pathogenic bacteria strains.The average MIC of those 10 herbs against the 17 pathogenic was between 0.165 mg/mL and 128 mg/mL,and the average MBC was between 0.210 mg/mL and 128 mg/mL.The average MIC of 5 herbs which was more effective against the 17 pathogenic was less than 2 mg/mL,and the average MBC was less than 3 mg/mL.The results provided scientific references for determination of the herbs concentrations in the diet of eel to prevention of pathogenic bacteria infection.
