MMP-2和PTEN蛋白在食管鳞癌中表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测MMP-2、PTEN在食管鳞癌组织中的表达,探讨其与患者临床病理特征及其相关关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测MMP-2、PTEN在40例食管鳞癌和20例正常食管上皮组织中的表达。结果 (1)食管鳞癌组织MMP-2、PTEN表达阳性率分别为80.00%、50.00%,与正常食管上皮组织比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)MMP-2、PTEN阳性率在食管癌不同浸润深度、淋巴结有无转移和不同临床分期中均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)PTEN与MMP-2、阳性率呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论食管鳞癌组织中MMP-2高表达,PTEN低表达,两者联合检测可能对食管鳞癌浸润转移的预后判断有一定指导意义。Objective To detect the expression of MMP-2,PTEN and discuss their relationship in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was performed to detect expressions of MMP-2 and PTEN in 40 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 20 normal subjects.Results The positive rate of MMP-2 and PTEN in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients was 80.00% and 50.00%,comparing with normal subjects,there were all significant differences（P〈0.01）;The positive rates of MMP-2 and PTEN were significantly correlated with invasion,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）;There were significantly negative correlations between PTEN and MMP-2（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Expression of MMP-2 is increased and PTEN is decreased in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,they are correlated with clinical stage.They can be used as molecular biological markers for evaluating invasion and metastasis.
