摘　　要：采用定量的方法探讨南通中小企业物流系统的竞争力。首先建立指标体系,再通过层次分析法和模糊综合评价数学模型评价南通中小企业物流系统的竞争力,最后得出的结论为一般。The paper use the mensurable method to discuss the competence of logistics system of SMEs（Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises） in Nantong.Firstly it sets up the system of the index,secondly constitutes mathematic model and values the competence of logistics system of SMEs in Nantong,finally the conclusion is common.
