摘  要:通过对967条非冗余蛋白质序列进行分析,并扩展了Chou-Fasman法则,选取螺旋和折叠倾向性极端的谷氨酸(E)和缬氨酸(V),比较了他们相邻后和单个多聚时二级结构倾向性的变化,发现谷氨酸在与缬氨酸相邻后,缬氨酸的二级结构倾向性遭到了抑制,更多的是表现出谷氨酸的性质。967 non-redundant protein sequences from the database were analyzed,Chou-Fasman principle was expanded,Glu (E) with the highest tendentious of the helix and the Val (V) with the highest tendentious of the sheet were selected as an example to compare the tendentious changes of the second structure which is consisted of the Glu-Val or is merely made of a kind of anomic acid.The results indicated that the second structure tendentious of the Val is prevented after the occurrence of the former,however it exhibits the properties of the Glu.
