摘　　要：目的分析胆红素吸附(BA)联合血浆置换(PE)治疗肝功能衰竭和高胆红素血症的并发症发生情况,提出防治措施。方法采用BA联合PE治疗肝功能衰竭和高胆红素血症患者51例(共66例次),其中男性41例,女性10例;平均年龄47.89岁。在治疗过程中出现的并发症,分析并发症发生类型和比例,制定防治方案。结果并发症总发生率16.67%(11/66),其中血浆过敏反应最多见,占10.61%(7/66),其次是循环管路压力异常增高,占4.55%(3/66),最严重的并发症是一过性低血压1例次,占1.52%(1/66),无畏寒、发热、出血等并发症发生。结论 BA联合PE治疗肝功能衰竭和高胆红素血症是安全有效的新型人工肝治疗方法,并发症发生率低,且是可以防治。Objective To analyze the complications occurrence during treatment of liver failure and hyperbilirubinemia by bilirubin absorption（BA） combined with plasma exchange（PE）,and explore the measures of prevention and treatment.Methods The patients with liver failure and hyperbilirubinemia were treated with BA combined with PE.A total of 55 patients were enrolled,male 41,female 10,mean age 47.89 years old.The complications during the treatment were observed.Then the types and relative incidences of complication were explored from 66 events.Then the preventive and therapeutic measures were established.Results Total of 16.67 % cases occurred complications,which accounted for 10.61 % with allergic reaction caused by plasma,4.55 % with increased venous blood pressure during circulation process.The most serious complication was 1 case transient low blood pressure accounted in 1 patient（1.52 %）.The complications as chills,fever and bleeding were not found.Conclusion It is demonstrated that BA combined with PE is an effective and novel approach of artificial liver in treating patients with liver failure and hyperbilirubinemia,and could play an important role in the prevention and treatment of liver failure complications. 更多
