摘 要:目的:采用免疫组织化方法检测乳腺癌肿瘤细胞促红细胞生成素受体(erythropoietin-receptor,EpoR)的表达情况,同时检测雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone,PR)和人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth factor receptor 2,Her2)的表达,并探讨它们之间的关系和临床意义。方法:对60例乳腺癌患者采用免疫组织化学法检测肿瘤组织中EpoR的表达,同时检测肿瘤微血管密度(mi-crovascular density,MVD),并分析与EpoR与ER、PR和Her2之间的关系。结果:60例中47例表达EpoR(78.3%),平均阳性细胞数(39.49±24.42)%;60例肿瘤组织中MVD为25.40±8.91。MVD与EpoR呈正相关。并且EpoR阳性患者的MVD明显高于EpoR阴性患者(P<0.01)。ER和PR表达与EpoR和MVD的表达均无明确的关系。Her2表达与EpoR和MVD的表达均明显相关。EpoR与临床分期、有无淋巴结转移和肿瘤大小均明显相关(均P<0.001);MVD与有无转移有关,与分期及肿块大小无关。结论:乳腺癌患者高表达EpoR,并与MVD呈正相关;EpoR和MVD的表达与Her2表达均相关,但与ER和PR表达不相关。联合检测EpoR和MVD有利于正确判断乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征及预后。Objective:To detect the expression of erythropoietin-receptor(EpoR),estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor(Her2) in breast cancer,and to investigate the relationships between them and the clinical significance.Methods:In 60 breast cancer patients,the expression of EpoR,microvascular density,the level of expression of EpoR,MVD and ER,PR,Her2 were analyzed.Results:The rate of EpoR expression was 78.3%,the mean number of positive tumor cells was 39.49±24.42,while the tissue MVD was 25.40±8.91.The level of expression of EpoR was positively correlated with MVD.The expression of MVD was higher in the group of EpoR positive than the negative one(P0.001).The expression of ER,PR had no definite relationships with EpoR,MVD.The expression of Her2 was closely associated with EpoR,MVD.The expression of EpoR had obviously relationship with clinical stage,lymph node status and tumor size(all P0.001).The value of MVD was positively correlated with lymph node status,while not with clinical stage and tumor size.Conclusion:The expression level of EpoR was higher in breast cancer,and has positive correlation with tissue MVD.The expression of EpoR and MVD were significantly associated with Her2,but not with ER and PR in breast cancer.
