乳腺癌中嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶与淋巴结转移和预后的关系

摘　　要：目的:研究在有无腋窝淋巴结转移的乳腺癌细胞中嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶(PyNPase)的表达,阐明嘧啶核苷磷化酶的表达与淋巴结转移和乳腺癌患者预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化标记的嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶抗体,测定46例乳腺癌患者的癌组织中嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶的表达情况,分析嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶的表达与腋窝淋巴结转移和患者生存预后的关系。结果:嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶的表达被分为+和++、+++,观察嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶在有淋巴结转移的癌细胞和无淋巴结转移的癌细胞阳性表达的关系,有淋巴结转移5年预后差的患者明显高表达于无淋巴结转移5年预后较好的患者(P=0.0069)。结论:嘧啶核苷磷酸化酶与乳腺癌患者有无淋巴结转移和预后有相关性。Objective：To investigate the expression of yNPase in with or without lymph node matastasis of armpit in breast cancer,and the correlation between PyNPase expression and lymph node matastasis of armpit and the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.Methods：Using immunohistochemical staining to test,the PyNPase expression in tissue from 46 patients with breast cancer.Resuts：Expression of PyNPase was classified as ＋,＋＋,＋＋＋ on the basis of staining.The expression of PyNPase in having lymph node matastasis of armpit in the shorter 5-years prognosis of patients was higher than that of not having lymph node matastasis of armpit in the longer 5-years prognosis of patients（P=0.0069）.Conclusion：The PyNPase expression could predict lymph node matastasis of armpit and the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.
