摘 要:目的:比较三维适形照射与体部γ刀照射剂量学应用的特点。方法:分别选取三维适形放疗计划和体部γ刀照射计划各10例,比较两种计划在靶区高剂量分布、靶区剂量均匀度、正常组织受量和靶区周围剂量梯度变化情况。结果:三维适形照射靶区剂量分布均匀,靶区适形度好,受照剂量高,周围正常组织受低剂量照射体积大;体部γ刀照射中心剂量高,靶区外有高剂量梯度变化,周围正常组织受量小。结论:结合三维适形照射与体部γ刀照射的剂量学特点,对同一患者,采用三维适形与体部γ刀结合照射的方法,得到较好的高剂量靶区分布的同时,周围正常组织受量最小,靶区局部控制率高。Objective:To compare the three-dimensional conformal radiation with the body γ-knife radiation dosimetry applications features.Methods: To compare two methods in dosage distribution and uniformity of the target area and the dosage of normal tissues around the target area and dosage gradient changes in 10 patients treated by three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy and body γ-knife irradiation.Results: In the three-dimensional conformal radiation group,patients got a high-dose and uniform distribution and general volume of low-dose irradiation of the surrounding normal tissue,in body γ-knife group,got a high-dose gradient in the center area and high dose outside the target area,but small changes of surrounding normal tissue.Conclusion: To compare the dosimetry characteristics of the two methods,we can use three-dimensional conformal and body γ-knife for one patient,to improve the radiation dose distribution in the target,get thes mallest radiation dose of the nomal tissue around the target,and a high control rate.
