摘　　要：脾边缘带淋巴瘤(SMZL)诊断标准、分期和治疗尚缺乏统一的指导性意见。现汇集学术会议和交换病例资料,分设专题组制订并提议该病有关诊断、鉴别诊断、预后因素、治疗,以期有助于诊断和治疗的标准化。需进一步进行组织学研究确定更为精确的预示标记和制定对治疗反应及新药评估的标准。Splenic marginal zone lymphoma has identified multiple inconsistencies in the diagnostic criteria and lack of clear guidelines for staging and treatment.This review have held several meetings,exchanged series of cases and created specific working groups.As results of this work,guidelines are proposed for diagnosis,differential diagnosis,prognostic factors,treatment and response criteria.The guidelines proposed here are intended to contribute to the standardization of the diagnosis and treatment,and should facilitate the future development of clinical trials that could define more precisely predictive markers for histological progression or lack of response,and evaluate new drugs or treatments.
