摘  要:目的探讨聚类分析法在鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤(NPMT)微血管检测中的应用价值。方法分别用微血管计数和聚类分析结果统计鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤与微血管密度(MVD)的相关性,比较其结果是否一致。结果聚类分析法可将MVD计数聚为2类,经检验得出MVD与鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤、癌旁和对照组的表达存在统计学差异(P<0.01),这与微血管计数方差分析结果一致。结论认为聚类分析法可以用于MVD计数结果聚类,用于鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤与MVD的研究,简化了MVD计数步骤,为肿瘤微血管的研究提供重要的方法。Objective To study the application of cluster analysis in micrangium detection in malignant nasal and paranasal sinus tumor.Methods Microvessel density(MVD) counting and cluster analysis were used to detect the micrangium in patients with malignant nasal and paranasal sinus tumorto assess the association between the malignancy and MVD.Results According to cluster analysis,the MVD counting could be clustered into two groups,and the MVD showed significant differences between the tumor tissues,adjacent normal tissue and the control group(P0.01),a result consistent with that by analysis of variance of the MVD.Conclusion Clusteranalysis can be used in clustering of MVD counting in malignant nasal and paranasal sinus tumor to simplify MVD counting,and offers an important analytic method for micrangium analysis in tumors.
