摘  要:目的探讨实验性豚鼠晶状体摘出术后前房内的晶状体皮质是否可诱导出虹膜新生血管(iris neovascularization,INV)。方法 36只豚鼠随机分成3组:A组:右眼行晶状体摘出术;B组:右眼行晶状体摘出术,再将吸除的部分皮质回注入前房约30μL;C组:单纯将左眼吸除的晶状体皮质注入右眼前房约10μL。分别于术后第2天、第4天、第7天、第11天、第13天、第17天行裂隙灯显微镜检查;并于术后第4天、第7天、第11天、第17天处死豚鼠,每组各取材3只眼球。观察不同实验组INV的发生过程,并做形态学检查。结果 A组:整个实验过程未见INV及充血现象。组织病理学检查可见虹膜表层色素细胞丰富,未见INV,基质层含有一些厚壁血管,未见扩张,后色素层由密集的色素细胞构成。B组:所有动物的虹膜均出现INV;术后第4天:虹膜表面出现散在细线状新生血管,不明显;术后第7天:INV达到高峰,可见呈扩张、迂曲并充血的INV,扩张的血管周围伴有细小不规则分布的红线状血管;术后第11天:INV逐渐消退,组织病理学检查虹膜前表面见均质、红染的蛋白样物质,基质层内血管扩张,尤其近表层的血管扩张明显,可见INV从其侧壁长出,向前表面伸展。C组:术后第4天于瞳孔缘可见少量INV生成,逐渐向周边发展。病理组织学检查可见虹膜前表面散在的薄壁INV及少量蛋白样物质,虹膜基质层内的血管未见明显扩张。各组虹膜表面及组织内未见明显炎性细胞。结论前房内的晶状体皮质能诱发INV。Objective To investigate whether iris neovascularization(INV)can be induced by cortex of lens in the anterior chamber after experimental cataract extraction of guinea pig.Methods Thirty-six guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups.Group A:The experimental cataract extractions were performed in the right eyes.Group B:The experimental cataract extractions were performed in the right eyes and 30 μL precipitated cortex of lens was injected into the anterior chamber again.Group C:The cortex of lens in the left eyes were aspirated and then injected them into the right anterior chambers about 10 μL.The slit lamp examination was performed on the 2nd day,4th day,7th day,11th day,13th day and 17th day after operation,and the eyeballs were enucleated with 3 eyeballs in each group on the 4th day,7th day,11th day,17th day after operation.HE staining was used to detect the pathological changes and the procession of INV in each group.Results Group A:INV was not observed in the whole study,the histopathological examination showed there were a lot of pigment epithelial cells without INV on the anterior surface of iris,its stromal layer contained some thick-wall blood vessels,but the blood vessels were not expanded.Its posterior pigment epithelium was composed of the intensive pigment cells.Group B:INV were observed in all eyes,new blood vessels liking red line were presented on the anterior surface of the iris on the 4th day after operation and they were not obvious.INV peaked and expanded with hypermia and thin new blood vessels liking red line irregularly around them on the 7th day after operation.INV regressed gradually,the histopathological examination showed there were some uniform and red-stained proteinic materials on the anterior surface of iris,the stromal blood vessels became enlarged,especially near the surface,from which the small new vessels could be seen coming out and expanded to the surface on the 11th day after operation.Group C:INV could first be seen from the pupillary margin and th
