非甾体抗炎药与激素类药物治疗泡性结膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较非甾体抗炎药双氯芬酸钠滴眼液与激素类药物治疗泡性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法对临床确诊为泡性结膜炎的42例患者分别使用1g.L-1双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和1g.L-1氟米龙滴眼液进行治疗,分别记录患者的自觉症状及临床体征评分,将所得结果进行统计学分析以评价其治疗效果。结果双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和氟米龙滴眼液治疗后的症状评分和体征评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。双氯芬酸钠滴眼液与氟米龙滴眼液治疗后异物感、眼痒、流泪及眼痛等症状比较,差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);治疗后分泌物、结膜充血及结膜滤泡等体征比较,差异也均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);42例泡性结膜炎的患者全部治愈,无不良反应发生,2种药物治疗泡性结膜炎的效果相同。结论非甾体抗炎药治疗泡性结膜炎是十分有效和安全的。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of diclofenac sodium eye drops,a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug,and glucocorticoid drug on phlyctenular conjunctivitis.Methods Forty-two patients with phlyctenular conjunctivitis received the 1 g·L-1 diclofenac sodium eye drops and 1 g·L-1 fluorometholone eye drops,respectively.The subjective symptoms and clinical signs were recorded and analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effects.Results There were statistical differences in subjective symptoms and clinical signs before and after treatment between diclofenac sodium eye drops and fluorometholone eye drops（all P0.05）.There was no statistical difference in foreign body sensation,eye itching,dacryorrhea and ophthalmalgia before and after treatment between diclofenac sodium eye drops and fluorometholone eye drops（all P0.05）,and there was also no difference in secretion,conjunctival congestion and conjunctival follicle after treatment between diclofenac sodium eye drops and fluorometholone eye drops（all P0.05）.All patients were cured with no adverse effects,and the two drugs had the same effect on phlyctenular conjunctivitis.Conclusion Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug is very effective and safe in treatment of phlyctenular conjunctivitis.
