头颈癌病人血浆血栓素B_2和6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)测定的临床意义

摘　　要：①目的探讨头颈癌病人血浆血栓素Ｂ２（ＴＸＢ２）和６－酮－前列腺素Ｆ１α（６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α）的变化及其临床意义。②方法采用放射免疫法对４１例头颈癌病人、２４例良性疾病病人和２０例健康人血浆ＴＸＢ２和６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α的含量进行了测定。③结果头颈癌病人血浆ＴＸＢ２和６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α含量及ＴＸＢ２／６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α比值较对照组和良性疾病组增高（Ｆ＝４．４５～３１．１９，Ｐ＜０．０１，０．０５）；发生转移者血浆ＴＸＢ２含量较无转移者增高（ｔ＝２．２１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。④结论头颈癌病人血浆ＴＸＢ２和６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α含量明显异常。Objective To study the changes and the clinical significance of thromboxane B 2(TXB 2) and 6 Keto PGF 1α in patients with head and neck carcinoma.\ Methods\ The plasma TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1α in 41 patients with head and neck carcinoma, 24 patients with benign lesion and 20 normal controls were measured with radioimmunoassay.\ Results\ The plasma TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1α levels and TXB 2/6 Keto PGF 1α ratio were sinificantly higher in the patients with head and neck carcinoma than in the patients with benign lesion and in the normal controls( F=4.45-31.19,P <0.01,0.05). The levels of TXB 2 in the patients with carcinoma metastasis were significantly higher than the patients without metastasis( t=2.21,P< 0.05).\ Conclusion The levels of plasma TXB 2 and 6 Keto PGF 1α were not only abnormal in the patients with head and neck carcinoma, but also related to the metastasis of the carcinoma.
