头颈癌病人红细胞C_3b受体活性和sIL-2R测定

摘　　要：①目的了解头颈癌病人红细胞免疫功能和血清可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平的变化及其相互关系。②方法采用红细胞花环试验和双抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法，检测了３０例头颈癌病人红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（Ｅ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ）和ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平的变化，并与正常对照组进行比较。③结果头颈癌病人Ｅ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ明显低于对照组，ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显高于对照组，差异均具有极显著意义（ｔ＝５．７８，３．４５，Ｐ均＜０．０１）。二者之间呈显著负相关性（ｒ＝－０．５８，Ｐ＜０．０１）。Objective To evaluate the changes of erythrocyte immune function and soluble interleukin 2 receptor(sIL 2R) levels in patients with carcinoma in head and neck and to study their relationship.\ Methods\ By using erythrocyte rosette tests and double antibody sandwich ELISA methods, we measured the changes of erythrocyte C 3b receptor rosette rate(E C 3bRR) and sIL 2R in 30 patients with carcinoma in head and neck and compared with that of controls.\ Results\ The E C 3bRR were significantly lower and sIL 2R were significantly higher in the patients than in the controls( t=5.78, 3.45, P <0.01). E C 3bRR were in inverse proportion to the level of sIL 2R.\ Conclusion\ Detection of E C 3bRR and sIL 2R levels was valuable in the management of patients with carcinoma in head and neck.
