摘　　要：深入考察《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学过程"双主体"结构的构成、要素和特性,可以有效地推进"基础"课教学方法改革。通过教师与学生"双主体互动"实现教学目的的教学方法,是"基础"课教学方法改革的基本方向。By investigating the ＂double subject＂ composition of the structure, elements and features of teaching process of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis curriculum, we can effectively promote the teaching method reform of this curriculum. The teaching method of achieving the purpose through the ＂double subject interactive＂ of teachers and students is the basic direction of teaching method reform of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis curriculum.
