摘  要:目的研究可溶性细胞粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)与视网膜分支静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的关系。方法取19例BRVO性黄斑水肿患者的房水样本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定sICAM-1的浓度。结果与正常对照(中位数:3.3ng/mL)相比,BRVO中房水sICAM-1浓度(中位数:6.8ng/mL)明显升高(P=0.005),且与黄斑水肿的严重程度相关(P=0.02)。结论sICAM-1与BRVO中形成黄斑水肿相关。测定房水中sICAM-1的浓度有助于评估黄斑水肿的严重程度。Objective This study investigated whether soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) has a role in the pathogenesis of macular edema associated with branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO).Methods A retrospective case control study was performed in 19 patients with BRVO and macular edema.Aqueous humor samples were obtained during the performance of cataract surgery.sICAM-1 levels in aqueous humor were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Aqueous humor levels of sICAM-1(median:6.8ng/mL) were significantly elevated in BRVO patients compared with the control group (median:3.3ng/mL)(P = 0.005).Furthermore,aqueous levels of sICAM-1 were correlated with the severity of macular edema(P = 0.020).Conclusion sICAM-1 may be involved in the pathogenesis of macular edema associated with BRVO.Measurement of aqueous humor sICAM-1 levels may be useful for assessment of BRVO patients with macular edema.
