摘  要:结合江苏农村水利特点,构建了江苏省农村水利现代化评价模型。利用层次分析法(AHP)确定了评价模型各个层次的指标权重,并对全省13个省辖市农村水利现代化水平进行了评价。以AHP评价结果为基础,设计了江苏省农村水利现代化神经网络模型,利用AHP评价结果进行了网络训练与测试。结果表明,基于AHP和BP神经网络的江苏省农村水利现代化评价方法可行、误差可控,在农村水利现代化综合评价领域具有一定的推广价值。Based on the characteristics of rural water conservancy in Jiangsu Province,an evaluation model for Jiangsu Province's rural water conservancy modernization is established.By means of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),each level's indices weight of evaluation model are analyzed.Thus,the modernization level of rural water conservancy in 13 provincial cities is evaluated.Based on AHP evaluation,a neural network model of rural water consevancy modernization in Jiangsu Province is designed,which is tested on sample attained by AHP.Results show that AHP and Back Propagation(BP) neural network based on the evaluation method for rural water conservancy modernization in Jiangsu Province is feasible,and the error is controllable.This combined evaluation has certain promotional values in the evaluation of rural water conservancy modernization.
