摘　　要：自二十世纪七十年代,一批规模微型的企业兴起,在吸纳就业和推动经济增长上作出了巨大贡献。这种现象已引起学者们的关注,也使传统的"雷龙资本主义"发展进入了寒冰期。为了应对来自规模微型企业的冲击,规模大的企业被迫进行"瘦身减肥"运动且"势头不减"。发达国家的政府和理论界已经认识到促进微型企业发展的重要意义,对微型企业的研究方兴未艾。Since 1970s,a number of micro-enterprises sprang up and made significant contributions to employment and economic growth.The facts have drawn scholars＇ attention,and also driven traditional ＂ Brontosaurus capitalism＂ into an ice age.Facing the impact of micro-enterprise,large-scale enterprises are forced to slim themselves while keeping growth.The significances of promoting microenterprise development have been recognized by the governments and theoretical circles of developed countries,resulting to thriving micro-enterprise studies there.
